DECA

DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreners in marketing, finance, hospitality and management, and entrepreneurship.  DECA was founded in 1946 and currently has more than 215,000 high school members.  

DECA members demonstrate college and career ready knowledge and skills by participating in a competitive events program.  The events are designed to align with Career Clusters, National Curriculum Standards, and 21st Century Skills.  Autauga County Technology Center DECA actively participates in the competitive events program at the state and international level.
